What is a Chargeback?
What happens if you spend a card you have already sold to cardxcoin.
CardxCoin behind the scenes is an intermediary. The cards that we purchase from our customers end up in the hands of consumers looking to purchase from retail brands at a discount.
So what happens if you sell us a card and decide to spend it later? Due to the structure of our business, we cannot retrieve cards that you've sold us already (AKA no refunds). If you sell us a card and somehow spend the value of the card after we have already paid you for it we call that a "chargeback". We may disable your account in the mean time and support staff will reach out to you in order to resolve the issue. We may withhold funds from you or charge your payment method make up for the loss. On top of whatever you owe us, we charge a fee of 10%.
